Warranty terms


1. When buying from Discounter's online store or store chain, any item comes with a warranty card, which can only be used with the customer and sellers signature.


2. To receive warranty service,  the customer is required to present the bought item with factory packaging (box or Expanded polystyrene) in the applicable service center.

3. If the product will turn out to have a factory defect during 3 (three) days after a purchase,  with the applicable service center's conclusion, the seller is obligated to replace the product with a new one(the some or alternative model)

●The terms presented in the third point do not work with hygienic products(Shaver, Epilator, Trimmer and etc.).

●The service presented in the third point can only be used if the customer presents the factory packaging of the product, the warranty card and the receipt to the seller.

4.If the product will turn out to have a factory defect 3 (three) days after a purchase,  and it's subject to being fixed, which is approved by an authorized service center, the seller is obligated to ensure the product is fixed in 45 (forty-five) days after the service center's approval and return it to the customer in the service center where it was fixed

● The authorized service center's approval takes up to 4 days.

5. If the product will turn out to have a factory defect during 3 (three) days after a purchase,  but the applicable service center does not approve of fixing, the seller is obligated to replace the product with an identical product or one in the same price range.

6.If the product will turn out to have a factory defect during 3 (three) days after a purchase,  but the applicable service center does not approve of fixing, the seller is obligated to replace the product with a product the same price range or a higher price range, if Discounter doesn't have an identical product.

●If the customer chooses a more expensive product, the consumer compensates for the price difference between the original product and the new one.

7. products that require specialized installation , have to be installed by a representative of an authorized service center.
